South Staffs Water customers can now see how well their water company is doing its job on a monthly basis with the launch of a new performance dashboard.
The online function shares the latest figures for activities such as complaints received, leaks fixed and properties with an interruption to supply as well as numbers of water quality tests and water meters fitted.
It also shows how the figures measure up against targets and shares information to help customers understand more about their water supply.
Announcing the launch of the dashboard, the water company commented:
“As a business we want our customers to have trust in us and believe it’s important to be transparent and are working hard to regularly share more information about our performance. As well as reporting annually, we have developed this online dashboard to report on a monthly basis how the business is performing in areas that matter the most to customers.
“We believe this is an industry first and hope our customers find it a useful source of information.”
