Martin Baggs has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Thames Water. Mr. Baggs has served the company as Interim Chief Executive Officer since December 2009, following the resignation of David Owen.
Sir Peter Mason, Chairman of Kemble Water, said:

Mr. Baggs said:

But there is a lot more that we need to do, particularly in terms of efficient delivery. I'm determined to make further improvements, while also delivering our biggest ever investment programme over the next five years."
