Scotland's second largest provider of water and sewerage services to non-household customers in Scotland has applied fora licence to operate in England.
Clear Business Water Ltd has made an application to Ofwat for a water supply and sewerage licence (WSSL) in order to be able to offer its services to non-household customers in England.
