OFWAT RESEARCH MAY 25 SOUTHERN WATER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION Ofwat has published findings from research into a Southern Water supply interruption that took place in Southampton and Marchwood in December 2024 - and is calling on water companies to ensure they can provide alternative water quickly to vulnerable customers.

Customer bills 1Average annual water and sewerage bills in England and Wales are set to rise by £123 from £480 to £603 in April – an increase of 26% on the previous year.
