Yorkshire Water has gone out to tender with an AMP8 contract for company car leasing and accident management services worth an estimated £12 million.

The water company is seeking expressions of interest for company car leasing services and/or accident management services related to cars and other fleets at Yorkshire Water The contract is being tendered in two separate Lots:
- Lot 1 Company Car Leasing
- Lot 2 Accident Management for all fleet including cars, LCVs, LGVs and Plant
The Agreement is envisaged to be the primary route for selecting suppliers for the delivery of company car service and/or accident management service for the duration of the agreement.

Once a bidder expresses an interest, the Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) document pack will be shared with them. This will include the ITQ document that must be completed by all bidders and submitted on Ariba by 10th July 2024 17:00 (GMT).

Following an assessment of responses received for the ITQ, successful suppliers will be invited to participate in the ITT. This is planned for late July but is subject to change based on YWS discretion.
