Two Scottish innovation centres and a world-renowned research institute are at the forefront of an international drive to unlock innovation potential in the global water industry.

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) in the Emirate of Dubai has recorded a new global milestone in reducing water network losses by reducing losses in its water networks to 6.6% ( down from 42% in 1988) compared to 15% in North America, making it one of the lowest in the world.

HUBER Technology have been involved with a large, high profile project with the @One Alliance to supply preliminary treatment equipment for a newly constructed inlet works and the addition of mechanical sludge thickening plant to accept sludge from the new Nereda activated sludge process at Anglian Water’s Great Dunmow Water Recycling Centre.
