East Cliff Bournemouth 1The Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs has published the updated coastal concordat which sets out the separate processes for consenting coastal developments in England.

A radical new approach to the protection and use of the marine environment was set out in proposals published yesterday by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).

The Scottish Government is launching two new marine consultations this week.
