Ofwat is seeking to appoint at least two new Non-Executive Directors to join its Board, one of whom will chair the Audit Committee.   

Open Water has published the third draft iteration of the market architecture plan (MAP3) setting out in more detail the procedures  which will govern the interactions between wholesalers and retailers in the competitive retail market for non-household customers when it opens in April 2017.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has appointed a four-strong panel to conduct the inquiry into Bristol Water’s appeal following its decision to reject Ofwat’s final determination for the upcoming AMP6 investment period.

South Staffs Water is forecasting a spend of £191 million between 2015 and 2020, according to its draft business plan which is now out for consultation.

Ofwat challenges Thames Water on price hike

Ofwat is giving notice to Thames Water that it is making counter-claims relating to underinvestment in sewer flooding and the wastewater network in response to the utility’s request for a price rise in 2014/15.

Sutton and East Surrey Water (SESW) is anticipating a £7 bill increase for customers in order to deliver the improvements set out in its AMP6 business plan.
