The Scottish Government’s Directorate for Energy and Climate Change are looking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement in order to provide the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland with a range of advice, support and analysis on the energy, water and environment related sectors.

Global infrastructure services firm AECOM has secured a contract with Irish Water to provide resident engineering staff across its North, North East and North West regions to support the national water services provider’s major capital investment programme.

HAWESWATER TUNNELUnited Utilities has gone out to tender with a contract for corporate finance and venture capital services worth £2 million to support its £750 million Manchester and Pennines Resilience (MaPR) scheme in AMP7.

ground-station-antenna 1 1The Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs has awarded a contract for services acquiring Very High Resolution (VHR) satellite imagery to administer common agricultural policy schemes worth an estimated £2 million to Munich based firm European Space Imaging GmBH.

Southern Water has published details of its intention to set up a Business Management Consultancy Framework panel – the water company wants to establish a multi-supplier framework with the expertise to support the company’s ambitions.

Echo Managed Services, the outsourced utilities market specialist, has won its first major UK contract for its proprietary new cloud-based software, Aptumo.

Thames Water has gone out to tender with a framework contract for grounds maintenance services worth an estimated £38 million.
