Northern Ireland Water PC15’s business plan will cover a six year price control period from 1.4.2015 to 31.3.2021. The frameworks will deliver approximately 1600km of water mains across Northern Ireland.

The term of the professional services contract is a six year period commencing from 1st April 2015 to align with the Contractor frameworks with an optional 1 year extension. Appointees to the framework will provide a range of services within the following nine areas:

1. NEC Project Management.

2. Cost Management.

3. CDM - Co-ordinator.

4. M & E Services.

5. Environmental Co-ordinator.

6. Hydraulic Modelling.

7. Site Supervision.

8. Water Samplers.

9. NISRANS Operators.

Estimated value of the contract is between £10 - £15 million.
