Northern Ireland Water has awarded its Capital Delivery Framework contracts with a total value of £268.5 million.
The contracts cover the following lots:
Lot No: 2 - Lot title: Lot 2 Water and Wastewater Non-infrastructure – minor works
Lot No: 3 - Lot title: Lot 3 Water and Wastewater Infrastructure – major works
Lot No: 4 - Lot title: Lot 4 Small Sewers Contractors – minor works generally
Lot No: 5 - Lot title: Lot 5 Small Sewers Detailed Design and project Management Professional Services

Northern Ireland Water’s planned programme of work includes water and wastewater infrastructure (sewage network systems, water main systems, sea outfalls and tunnels); water and wastewater non infrastructure (service reservoirs, water towers, pumping stations, water treatment works, wastewater treatment works and sludge treatment works); and base maintenance items of work where appropriate.
The contracts will run for four years, with two further 12 month extension options.
