Dwr Cymru Welsh Water is looking for Capital Delivery Alliance Partners to deliver its AMP6 programme, worth between £600m and £1.5bn.
The water company is seeking to contract with up to eight Capital Delivery Alliance Partner entities, each of which shall be capable of providing Consultancy and Construction services across the following four work streams: Water Infrastructure; Water Non Infrastructure; Wastewater Infrastructure; and Wastewater Non Infrastructure. The contracts are for Welsh Water’s entire geographical area.
Each Capital Delivery Alliance Partner entity will be required to provide a full range of Consultancy and Construction services including, but not limited to, consultancy, feasibility analysis, modelling, detailed design, construction planning and project management, civil, electrical and process engineering.
The contract will be awarded for an initial six years with an option to extend for a further 5 years to cover the AMP7 period 2020-2025.
The AMP6 contract is worth between £600m and £700m and an extension into AMP7 would mean the overall contract could be worth about £1.5bn.
