Thames Water has awarded an AMP8 contract for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform .with an estimated value of £6 million (inc VAT).

The ECM solution will manage unstructured and semi?structured content including documents, records, emails, images, and collaboration artifacts, with robust governance, security, retention and discovery capabilities. Contract scope excludes implementation or professional services
The water company went out to tender with the aim of awarding a single contract covering software subscription/licenses.
Earliest date the contract will be signed is 30 June 2026.
Current start and end estimated contract dates are 30 June 2026 to 29 June 2031, with further
possible extension options up to 29 June 2034.
The contract has been awarded to SER Solutions United Kingdom Ltd. – the company changed its brand name to “Doxis” in January 2026.uniting the company under the same brand as its flagship Intelligent Content Automation platform and solution
