Latimer Developments Ltd has gone out to tender for with a contract for a Design and Build drainage contractor worth an estimated £4.2 million (inc VAT).
The procurement is for a Design and Build Contractor to remove Aqua Spira Drainage and design and install new concrete drainage system including manholes to adoptable standards to service 165 residential units at Abbey Road, Sandbach.
Current estimated start and end contract dates are 26 January 2026 to 27 November 2026.
Deadline to submit enquiries is 12:00pm on 22 August 2025 and deadline for submission of requests to participate is 12:00pm on 29 August 2025.

The PSQ Responses will be used in the first step of selecting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to be invited to tender. It is intended that the client will shortlist a maximum of three suppliers – the contracting authority is Latimer Developments Ltd. the development arm of Clarion Housing Group.
