NI Water has awarded a framework contract for Professional Services worth an estimated £800 million to multiple suppliers to enable the efficient delivery of its capital works programme and consultancy services.
The framework will facilitate the provision for framework management for projects from inception through to construction stages of the capital works programme including:
- feasibility
- design and climate change
- surveying and modelling
- project management
- site supervision
- programme management office services
- innovation and efficiency services
Contracts have been awarded for the following five Lots:

A total of eighteen companies were in the bidding for the framework, which will run for an initial term of four 4 years] with further potential extension options of up to four years in total.
It is envisaged that the framework will be used by NI Water and subsidiaries and other participating authorities including: Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute NI; Department for Infrastructure NI; Department of Agriculture Environment and Rural Affairs NI; Northern Ireland Environment Agency and Special EU Programmes Body.
