Telex UK Ltd has gone out to tender with a major contract for water, wastewater and ancillary services worth an estimated £500 million.
Telex UK Ltd is looking to establish a water, wastewater and ancillary services framework for the benefit of Telex UK and all UK Contracting Authorities.
The contract is being tendered in two separate Lots:
Lot 1- the provision of water and wastewater supply contracts covering:
- customer invoicing
- meters and meter reading
- invoice query management
- account management
- water quality liaison with wholesaler
- data management
- guaranteed standards of service
- emergency planning for vulnerable sites
- group contracting
Lot 2- the provision of water and wastewater ancillary services covering:
- site water audit and benchmarking
- leak detection and repair
- automatic meter reading
- legionella risk assessment
- contingency planning
- water management program / addition ancillary services
Initial contract term is four years with a potential further extension option available.
