The broadcaster is looking to appoint a single retailer supplier - where there is more than one economic operator, the BBC reserves the right to require a grouping of economic operators to take a particular legal form or to require a single economic operator to take primary liability or to require that each party undertakes joint and several liability.

Initial contract term is 24 months with a further 12 months extension option – anticipated start date is 1st May 2022.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 10 January 2022 – click here to access the tender documentation.
