Southern Water has gone out to tender with a contract for a human capital management software solution worth an estimated £2.73 million.
The water company is looking for competitive proposals from System Integrators for the provision of a Human Capital Management and Payroll solution and delivery.
System Integrators will be invited to provide a proposal on their own behalf and a chosen HCM Software Vendor of their choice. Following a successful procurement process, Southern Water will look to enter into separate agreements with both the SI and the Software Vendor.
The services of the Human Capital Management (HCM) solution will require a System Integrator to assist SWS with the phased delivery of the vision from its project delivery planning and kick-off through all the project delivery stages to support handover.
Initial contract term is 3 years with a further 3 year extension option.
