Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a framework contract for data and digital services worth an estimated £25 million.

The wide-ranging framework is seeking to put in place appropriately skilled external resources to work collaboratively within multi party/multi-disciplinary teams working in a number of different areas, including:
- Human centred design and design thinking (i.e. design sprints);
- UX and UI design (including design pattern development);
- Hackathons;
- Design and delivery of multi-experience solutions (mobile, PWA, conversational, immersive and wearables);
- monitoring and analytics for digital products;
- process and workflow automation;
- API design, delivery and management;
- Crowdsourcing and crowd solving;
- Application development in a variety of modern coding languages;
- automation and testing tools
- data quality (especially automation of);
- information security and risk management;
- privacy, ethics and data protection guidance;
- augmented data management;
- information management, search and discovery for all data types
- Blockchain;
- analytics and data sciences (including geospatial, IoT, stream and event analytics, conversational analytics, data modelling, meta and master data management, continuous intelligence;
- AI and ML tooling and capability including commercial AI/ML
Anglian Water is looking to put a framework agreement in place consisting of Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers which will be used to support and enhance the company’s in-house capabilities.
Initial contract term is four years with a further extension option of up to four years.
