Southern Water invites suppliers to register their interest in £4m commercial property management tender

Southern Water is inviting suppliers of real estate services to register their interest in tendering for an upcoming £4 million commercial property management contract.

The water company is looking to onboard and build a long-term relationship with suppliers that can provide it with a full range of professional property and surveying expertise. Southern Water is in the process of fully organising and commercialising their estate.

The range of services to be delivered under the contract will include:

  • property management
  • agency
  • L&T
  • Development
  • Planning
  • Valuations
  • GIS services
  • building services
  • estate management.

Deadline to register an interest in the procurement is 18 May 2020 – Southern Water expects to go out to tender for the contract at the end of June.
