Thames Water has gone out to tender with a contract for for IT consultancy, software development, internet and support services worth an estimated £100 million in total.
The contract covers the implementation of framework agreements for information technology digital delivery services for Thames Water during the upcoming AMP7 2020-25 investment programme.
Activities include deployment of resources, advice, innovating IT solutions, knowledge transfer and supporting Thames Water business objectives and outcomes.
The water company is looking for both SME and non SME suppliers for the contract, which is being tendered in a number of separate Lots, including Digital Development, Data Services, Digital Delivery and Architecture. The Main lots are sub divided into sub-lots of non-SME and SME.
The initial framework agreement will run for 3 years with options to extend annually up to a maximum of 8 years.
