Thames Water has awarded a contract for the supply of water efficiency product services and ad-hoc mailing and storage worth an estimated £5.9 million.
The contract was tendered in two separate Lots.
Lot 1 covered the delivery of a full service related to Thames’ water efficiency products sent to customers, including the purchase, storage, fulfilment, distribution, mailing and web management of water efficiency products. The water company was looking for a user-friendly service, excellent reporting and process efficiency and anticipated that the web and data management would be set up and hosted/arranged by the supplier.
Lot 2 covered ad-hoc mailing and storage requirements from across the business, including in relation to intermittent campaigns run by Thames Water.
The agreements have been awarded for an Initial 3 year term, with further extension options.
Manchester-based firm Acrobat Carbon Services Ltd has won a place on both Lots, while Leicester firm Opus Trust Marketing Ltd and Reading-based SOLO Managed Services Ltd.
