Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a contract for computer and related services covering SAP maintenance and support worth up to £12 million.
The water company currently uses the SAP system ECC6 and requires support and maintenance services for this. The 3 areas which Anglian Water describe as crucial as part of this service are:
- SAP Product Support and fixes. General and application specific enquires;
- Global tax, legal and regulatory updates;
- Fixes to include interoperability and performance tuning and configuration support, and repository fixes.
Estimated total value of purchases for the entire duration of the framework agreement, which will run for 6 years, is put at between £6 million to £12 million. The successful supplier will not be allowed to subcontract any part of the contract.
Interested suppliers with queries can sumbit questions up to 26th July 2016 - after that date Anglian Water will not respond to any further requests.
