Throughout July South Staffs has been running its summer roadshow – the water company has been stopping off in locations across its supply area to offer face-to-face support to anyone who needs support with their water bill.

Over the last three weeks the company has been taking its support vehicle and customer team to a number of locations across its region, including Walsall, Cannock, Lichfield, West Bromwich and Dudley.
“We understand that for some of our customers paying their water bill can sometimes be difficult, particularly when their circumstances changes.
“We’re committed to supporting customers where we can and we know for some, having a friendly face to speak to, face-to-face, to discuss any issues can be helpful.”
The customer team has been on hand to answer any questions customers have about their water bill, talk through a range of affordability tariffs and how they can save money on bills by using less water around the home.
The team have also had a range of free water-saving devices available for customers to take away and use in their home including showerheads, tap inserts and gardening kits.
South Staffs are also urging customers who are having difficulties paying their water bill but are unable to see them face-to-face to contact them as soon as possible by phone or online.
