Dwr Cymru Welsh Water has gone out to tender with a contract for the supply and maintenance of valves and actuators worth an estimated £4 million.
The contract is being tendered in the following 11 Lots:
- Lot 1 Gate Valves
- Lot 2 Hydrants
- Lot 3 Air Valves
- Lot 4 Butterfly Valves
- Lot 5 Ball Valves
- Lot 6 Non Return Valves
- Lot 8 Specialist Valves
- Lot 7 Penstocks
- Lot 9 Actuators
- Lot 10 Providing Maintenance of Valves
- Lot 11 Providing Maintentance of Actuators
The contract term is 7 years and interested suppliers can apply for as many lots as they see fit – the maximum number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer is 11.
