The new appointments are part of a wider management restructure to support the new role of Group Chief Executive Officer, Matt Cannon, announced at the end of 2018. He will move from his current post as Chief Operating Office to jointly head up Clancy Docwra, Clancy Developments and Clancy Plant from 1 February 2019, when Jim Davey and Ronan Clancy will also assume their new responsibilities
Commenting on the changes, Matt Cannon said:
“These appointments form part of our broader strategy to restructure and consolidate our leadership team across our business, ensuring we are well-positioned for future growth.
“Jim’s appointment will bring fresh thinking and operational expertise into our Board. At the same time, we’re bringing new blood on key contracts and divisions to ensure we maintain a strong pipeline of future leadership across the Group.”
