Water companies serving London and the South East are set to come under the microscope with customer watchdog CCWater about the number of complaints they have received from customers.
Senior representatives from the region’s six water companies will also be challenged to explain what they are doing to tackle customers’ biggest complaints about their service when the watchdog’s regional committee meets in London on Thursday next week.
The meeting will be chaired by Sir Tony Redmond, Chair of CCWater's London and South East Region.
Consumers will have the chance to voice their own concerns during the meeting, which starts at 2pm in Mary Sumner House on Tufton Street, London.
