South East Water has launched a survey with a £1000 prize draw with aim of obtaining customer views on its levels of service and future water charges.
Only one entry per South East Water account holder and fully completed survey is permitted in the water company’s Your water, your say survey.
All respondents will be entered into a prize draw which has a top prize of £1,000, while four runners up will receive £250.
The water company is asking customers to give their views on how it can get top marks for its service. South East Water has sent out more than 55,000 questionnaires to customers with an online version also available.
Alison Lee, Economic Regulation Manager at South East Water said:
“We are aiming to be a five out of five company which listens and resolves problems quickly.
“Previous surveys have been valuable in helping us find out how our customers would like to see us adapt and improve our services to meet their needs.
“The survey only takes a few moments to complete, but the results will have a big impact on making sure customers have a say in how we run our day-to-day activities.”
Closing date for entry is 31 October - the online version of the survey can be accessed by South East Water customers using their account number. However, South East Water account holders with an outstanding balance of £200 or over on their account at the time of the prize draw on Friday 6th November 2015 will not be eligible to participate in the draw.
