ENV AGENCY FCERM STRATEGY ROADMAP MAY 2022The Environment Agency (EA) has launched a roadmap setting out practical actions to be taken over the next four years to tackle the growing threat of flooding from rivers, the sea, and surface water as well as coastal erosion.

 

SIR JAMES BEVANSir James Bevan, Chief Executive at the Environment Agency, has urged the insurance industry to invest more to tackle the climate emergency, pointing out that “most of that potential investment will come from the private sector, which can marshal much bigger resources than any government.”
