Atlantis, a global leader in the tidal power generation sector, has signed a Preferred Supplier Agreement with UK firm SBS Intl Ltd for the supply of turbines, engineering services and equipment for a 150MW (megawatt) tidal-stream array located in Lombok, Indonesia.

The UK’s innovation agency Innovate UK has up to £5 million to invest in UK businesses working on collaborative research and development projects with partners in Jiangsu province, People’s Republic of China.
