PRIME MINISTER KEIR STARMERPrime Minister Sir Keir Starmer pledged to fasttrack the sign-off of 150 Development Consent Orders (DCOs) for infrastructure during this parliament in his ‘Plan for Change’ speech delivered today at Pinewood Studios.
