MOSL has appointed two new retailer directors to its Board, with James Cleave and Jo Dow joining in September 2026.

Following a strong field of candidates and a robust selection and interview process, MOSL has announced the appointment of James Cleave, Chief Financial Officer at Everflow, and Jo Dow, Chief Executive Officer at Business Stream, as Retailer Directors.

Welcoming the appointments, Anne Heal, Chair of the MOSL Board, said:

“I am delighted to have received such strong applications for the retailer director positions. This made the selection process particularly difficult, but James and Jo’s experience and expertise really stood out.

“Both bring extensive knowledge of the business retail market and have already made valuable contributions to the market through roles on the Panel, Committees and MOSL Board. I look forward to welcoming them both at a pivotal time for MOSL, as we finalise our first five-year strategy, and for the market as we look towards wider regulatory and sector reform.”

James Cleave’s three-year term began on 1 September 2026, while Jo Dow’s three-year term began on 2 September 2026. The next Board meeting will be held on 16 September.

MOSL said the appointments will bring further experience and insight from across the business retail market as the sector enters an important period of change.
