NI Water has outsourced the management of its hired standpipe process to Aquam Water Services. This change has streamlined the application and licensing process, making it more efficient and customer-friendly for user with a legitimate need to draw water from the public main using a standpipe.
Thames Water pursues prosecutions in clamp down on illegal connections
Thames Water is clamping down on illegal water connections, with fleet services company, Go Plant Ltd, enforced to pay £52,000 in fines and costs for repeatedly connecting unauthorised and unlicenced standpipes over the past six years.
