Lloyds Banking Group has called for a ’national security mindset’ on infrastructure resilience in the UK – as recent heatwaves, flooding, drought, and an £11 billion annual adaptation funding shortfall have exposed how the UK's critical infrastructure is no longer fit for purpose.
