On Friday 5 June Thames Water issued its Eleventh Consent Requests to secure further funding – two days after the company announced that its Tenth Consent Request had been approved, allowing it to access £413.49 million in further funding.

Thames Water Utilities Ltd (TWUL) and its subsidiary, Thames Water Super Senior Issuer PLC have launched the latest set of consent requests seeking the consent of the super senior creditors:
- to extend the June Release Condition to 30 June 2026; and
- to make further ancillary amendments to the Facility to amend the dates and amounts of scheduled drawdowns under the Facility by TWUL to reflect TWUL's anticipated liquidity needs.
If the Eleventh Consent Requests are granted, this will allow TWUL to draw a further £200 million of the Facility in June 2026. The Eleventh Consent Requests have a voting date of 19 June 2026 and follow ten previous sets of consent requests which were approved by creditors.
Thames Water once again reiterates that it continues to work closely with stakeholders to secure a market-led solution.
