United Utilities has gone out to tender with a contract for interworks tankering sludge transport services worth an estimated £19.2 million.

ringsend upgrade 1Working in partnership with Irish Water, Veolia, the global resource management company has started work on an €80 million and 400,000 population equivalent upgrade to the Ringsend Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Water retailer Source for Business has won a multi-million pound contract with Unite Students to provide services to its student accommodation sites across the UK.

The Environment Agency has gone out to tender with a contract for low power remote image collection cameras worth an estimated £2 million.

Anglian Water has gone out to tender with a contract for business and management consultancy services worth an estimated £10 million.

Southern Water is looking for a sole provider to supply electricity to its non-half hourly portfolio for 21 months.

Affinity Water awards £55.2m HS2 contract

Affinity Water has awarded a contract to carry out process and network modifications  needed to facilitate the delivery of HS2 worth an estimated £55.2 million.

Severn Trent Water and Dee Valley Water have gone out to tender with a £2.3 million contract to replace private wires following BT’s announcement that all low bandwidth Private Wire services will cease in March 2020.

Morgan Sindall’s specialist Ridham Precast Facility has been awarded a £17 million contract to supply almost 7 kilometres of tunnel rings to the Morgan Sindall, Balfour Beatty and BAM Nuttall joint venture delivering the west section of the Thames Tideway Tunnel.

Severn Trent Water, through its key capital delivery partner Costain/Stantec (CiM6), has awarded a second phosphorus removal contract to treatment solutions provider Bluewater Bio Ltd
