SSE Ltd has gone out to tender for its business mains water supply and waste water services for approximately 158 non-domestic sites in Scotland.
No information has been provided with regard to the estimated value of the contract.
Time limit for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents is 23rd October, while the deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 20th November.
Business Stream is currently the largest largest water retailer supplier in the competitive Scottish water market, followed by English water company United Utilities.
In September 2012 Business Stream appointed former SSE director David Seymour to lead its push in England ahead of the opening up of the non-household retail market to competition in 2017.
