Wessex Water has gone out to tender with an AMP6 contract for the hire of non-operated tools and plant worth £5.5 million.
The water company is looking to appoint a maximum of five participants to the framework agreement, which will run for five years covering the AMP6 period
Estimated total value of purchases for the duration of the framework agreement is £5 million.
Wessex Water’s area of operation covers the counties of Somerset, Dorset and Bristol, together with South Gloucestershire and parts of Wiltshire and Hampshire. Wessex has requirements across the area for varying quantities of tools and non-operated plant for its construction and operations/maintenance requirements.
Deadline for submission for the contract , which is divided into lots, is 3rd October 2014. All applicants are required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
