Social housing organisation B3Living has gone out to tender with a contract for wastewater and sewerage drain maintenance services with an estimated value of £800,000 including VAT.

B3Living is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and adequately resourced supplier to provide comprehensive wastewater and sewerage drain maintenance services across its residential and operational property portfolio. The organisation has c 6,000 homes in Broxbourne and across southeast Hertfordshire
The services are intended to ensure the continued safe, compliant and efficient operation of wastewater, foul water and associated drainage infrastructure, whilst minimising disruption to customers, building occupants and the wider community.
Based upon historic demand profiles and current operational requirements, the estimated aggregate expenditure under the Framework Agreement is anticipated to be approximately £800,000 over the initial four year term, equivalent to an indicative annual expenditure of £200,000.
Tender submission deadline is 5:00pm on 31 July 2026 and estimated award decision date is currently 21 August 2026.
