First Choice Homes Oldham have awarded a contract for drainage and water mains day to day repairs with a total value of £1.2 million (including VAT).

The firm is a housing association managing approximately 11,500 homes in Oldham.

Scope of work to be carried out under the contract will include CCTV surveys of underground drainage, soil investigations and pipe replacements.

Current estimated start and end contract dates are 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028 with further possible annual extension options up to to 30 June 2030.Earliest date the contract will be signed is 30 June 2026.

R H (NW) Ltd has been awarded the contract, one of 11 companies who tendered for the work. The firm specialises in the repair, maintenance, and installation of surface water drainage and sewage systems.
