Severn Trent Water has launched a preliminary market engagement exercise for the supply of CHP maintenance & servicing parts.

Scope of activity covers ad-hoc CHP (Combined Heat & Power) maintenance parts, including:
- bespoke pumps
- turbos
- starter products
- B&R cards & panels
- plate/heat exchangers
- alternators and electrics
- ongoing servicing parts/kits for CHP engines.
The water company is looking to establish a dynamic market – current estimated start and end contract dates are 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029, with a further possible extension to 31 March 2036.
Severn Trent is keen to engage with interested suppliers and inviting them to complete a brief online form responding to the following questions:
- Company's name
- State what type of CHP parts you could supply and any specific brands
- Can you deliver to our waste key sites in Central England as required? If you can only cover a smaller area, please state.
- As a regulated business, we have high standards of Health & Safety, Environmental and Worker Welfare – would you be willing to work with us to support these? - If No please explain why in "Other"
Engagement deadline is 19 January 2026 - estimated publication date of a tender notice is 20 January 2026.
