Severn Trent has awarded an AMP8 contract for business water efficiency checks with an estimated value of £454,792 (inc VAT) to Aqualogic (WC) Ltd.

The supplier will undertake audit visits to complete Business Water Efficiency Checks (BWEC) which will consist of:

• Evaluation of the water equipment in use in the domestic areas of the business
• Checking for internal leaks
• General usage of water on the site with a behaviour change discussion

Earliest date the contract will be signed is 31 January 2026. Current estimated start and end contract dates are 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028, with a further possible extension option to 31 March 2030.

The extension option will run for for up to a further 2 years - to be used in the event that water savings are still due to be achieved.

The contract was tendered via Achilles Information's pre-qualification system for the UK utilities sector (UVDB), now operating as a compliant Qualifying Utilities Dynamic Market (QUDM) under the Procurement Act 2023.
