Severn Trent Water has awarded an AMP8 contract for Third Party Administrator services worth an estimated £2.7 million (inc VAT).

Scope of services to be provided under Lot 1 of the contract for Insurance Claims Handling - Third Party Administrators, covers desktop claims handling services during incidents, which will also cover 3rd parties.

Earliest date the contract will be signed is 10 November 2025 following the end of the standstill period on 5 November 2025. Current estimated start and end contract dates are 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028

with a further possible extension option to 31 December 2030.
