Portsmouth Water has launched a preliminary market engagement exercicise giving the supply chain an early heads-up for an upcoming £3.6 million (inc VAT) AMP8 tender for flow regulators installation.

Scope of the pre market exercise is to better understand the market to provide Portsmouth Water with flow regulators to support the water company's metering programme - the successful supplier will provide flow regulators for domestic and non-household connections.

Portsmouth Water is using the Delta eSourcing portal to run the exercise and inviting interested suppliers to register their interest - engagement deadline is 18 August 2025.

Current estimated contract dates are 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2035
