Anglian Water has launched a pre-market engagement exercise for sludge dewatering / thickening- supply, service & maintenance, refurbishment and parts.

The water company has published a Periodic Indicative Notice setting out its wish to engage with the market in order to:

• understand what opportunities could be sought to aid sludge dewatering / thickening processes
• inform on the breadth of scope of work and supply chain access
• inform on a possible tender strategy

Anglian Water has also published a guidance document and response document for completion by interested suppliers.

Estimated date of publication of a formal contract notice is 1 June 2023 - time limit for interested suppliers to participate in the pre market engagement initiative is 24 February 2023.
