NI Water has appointed London-based consultancy Economic Insights to provide support and specialist services in economic regulations.

The water company went out to tender to engage subject matter experts to advise it on economic regulatory matters throughout the PC21 price control period.

NI Water was seeking advice on regulatory aspects which could impact it either currently or in the future.

Total estimated value of the six year contract awarded to Economic Insights, one of four firms in the bidding for the work, is £700,000
