NI Water has gone out to tender with a major contract for an Integrated Partnership framework for its capital works programme worth up to an estimated £270 million.

The water company and its subsidiaries are procuring the framework to deliver capital works for its 6 year PC21 and PC27 investment programmes from April 2021 to March 2027 and April 2027 to March 2033 respectively.
The contract is being tendered in three separate Lots:
- Lot 1 Watermains Major Rehabilitation £200,000,000
- Lot 2 Watermains Minor Works £35,000,000
- Lot 3 Service Reservoir Rehabilitation £35,000,000
Initial contract term of the Framework is four years with two additional two year extension options.
NI Water is holding a Supplier Engagement session on Tuesday 8th November from 13.00-14.00 in Belfast for attendance in person or online via a virtual meeting. Numbers will be limited to three people per supplier - one person can attend the event in-person and two additional supplier representatives can join the meeting virtually.
