Severn Trent Water and sister company Hafren Dyfrdwy Cymru have awarded a place on a new qualification system for water resources management consultancy services.

The water companies issued an Invitation to Qualify to establish a qualification system which would enable successful participants to become eligible to receive a Request for Proposal for contracts under the system.

The Qualification System was split into the following categories:-

Category 1 - Hydrogeology

Category 2 - Environmental Investigations of Abstraction Impact

Category 3 - Hydro-ecological Monitoring/Sampling

Category 4 - Ground Water Modelling

Category 5 - Water Resources Modelling

Category 6 - Strategic Environmental Appraisals

Stantec has been awarded a place to provide licence monitoring services - specifically for environmental monitoring and in some cases water quality monitoring.
