Anglian Water tenders £4.6m AMP7 banking services contract

Anglian Water has gone out to tender with an AMP7contract for banking services worth an estimated £4.6 million in total.

The water company currently has a group wide contract in place for the processing of customer debit and credit card payments.

Processing customer payments through a variety of channels, the acceptance, processing and settlement of the card transactions are a key interface with customers and support a vital revenue stream.

Anglian Water is now looking for a partner to provide merchant services which not only meet the security, resilience and ease of use expected by customers but can also adapt to the changing payment landscape. This includes the inclusion of additional payment channels and improving the customer journey whatever the touchpoint.
