Wessex Water has awarded a multi-million pound AMP7 Capital EM&I framework agreement.
The framework agreement covers general electrical, mechanical and instrumentation works for schemes including new works, refurbishment works, replacement works or maintenance works.
The projects will cover a wide range of potable and waste-water infrastructure improvement to offices, treatment works and other operational sites throughout the Wessex Water region and include both planned programmes of work and reactive works.
Wessex Water say the works are generally planned based on risk management principles, but occasionally may be reactive to emergency situations, requiring fast track solutions, a collaborative approach and out of hours working.
The framework was tendered under Wessex Water’s own qualification system for works and professional services set up to provide the opportunity for contractors and consultants to express their interest in providing works and professional services to Wessex Water.
No information is currently available on the value of the contract or the successful suppliers.
